1. About these terms

These terms describe the use of the Deun Reminders website and enquiries about our WhatsApp reminder and automation services. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact us using the details below.

2. Website and illustrative demo

This website explains our services and lets you contact us. Its interactive demo is an illustration: it does not schedule reminders, send messages, or collect the details shown in the preview. Sending an enquiry does not activate a service or create a payment obligation.

3. Service arrangements

The scope of any workflow, setup requirements, fees, payment dates, support, and cancellation or refund arrangements must be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins. Any specific service agreement governs those arrangements. This website does not offer account registration or online checkout.

4. Your responsibilities

When discussing or arranging a service, provide accurate information and only share information you are authorised to use. You are responsible for checking recipient details, reminder content, schedules, and business instructions before a workflow is activated.

5. Responsible messaging

Messaging workflows must respect recipient permission, requests to stop receiving messages, and applicable WhatsApp requirements. Do not use our services for spam, impersonation, fraud, harassment, or unlawful content. See the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy for the platform’s current requirements.

6. Third-party services and delivery

WhatsApp and other external services operate under their own terms and policies. Delivery may be affected by network availability, platform restrictions, recipient settings, and other factors outside Deun’s control. Reminders should not be your only method of managing emergencies or critical deadlines. Use of the WhatsApp name does not imply endorsement by Meta.

7. Acceptable website use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or misuse its content. Deun’s original branding, artwork, and website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes our information practices and contact options for privacy requests. Opening WhatsApp or email links takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices. Do not send passwords or payment-card details in an enquiry.

9. Changes and questions

We may update this page to reflect changes to the website or services. The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes to an existing service arrangement should be addressed through that arrangement. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
